Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Evolve by Angel is not responsible for carrier delays

International Shipping (Optional – Include if Applicable)

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times vary by location
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or refused by customs

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Evolve by Angel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and item

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters or events beyond our control
