At Evolve by Angel, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final (If Applicable)

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns (Optional – Choose if You Allow Returns)

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Item is in original condition with tags attached
  • Return request is submitted within [2] days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Clearance items
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, etc.)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit (Optional)

In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be transferred
  • Does not expire unless stated otherwise

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you must return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal may be subject to a restocking fee or store credit only, at our discretion.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse of this policy.
